John Pante is Premium Strategies’ Managing Director. John has 17 years' experience in the workers compensation industry with particular expertise in premium and policy management. John is well regarded in the insurance industry due to his exceptional track record of delivering for clients by listening to and understanding their needs.

John has held senior positions with GIO, Vero and Gallagher Bassett where he developed a diverse set of skills and a range of expertise across the entire workers compensation scheme.

John is a passionate and solution focused individual who enjoys establishing strong partnerships through collaborative business improvement solutions, continuous improvement and challenging conventional methods whilst delivering outstanding results for clients.
